Blech, my lip piercing looks like my eyebrow did. I can never win with these things. They tell me not to touch it or wash it, or irritate it further, but how am I supposed to shave

DONT shave! The cream will iritate it!!!
get some aloe vera gel, and rub it on. It might help...

I will have real hair again soon, though; my head shaving device is broked.

I dipped a q-tip into sea salt water and dabbed it all over every part of the piercing, hole, metal, and all, several times a day. Then about once a day I'd put on that generic cream that helps to heal things fast (apparently neosporin is bad for that).
