Hot hot heated computer

I came home today and my computer's warning system was beeping at me. What's wrong? I asked it. It responded: I'm running at nearly 200 degrees fahrenheit is what's wrong!

It topped out at about 190, can you believe it? I wonder what went wrong.

Have you dusted off your CPU in awhile? Mine kept overheating and I canned-aired it and it's been running fine.
