[Getting out of the city is the best idea at the moment. Who knows why it took so long for him to figure this out. He needed food though, a nice bath wouldn't be too much to ask for either. Any previous stench that clung to him now smelt like raw dirt, thankfully he didn't have anyone with him to complain.]
[Anyway, he'd stopped at a small farmhouse once he'd made it far enough out of town. The estate was barren, but with a pantry of tinned food and a gas-light stove, he's found a place to stay for the night. Out of stupidity, he flicks on the lights to the kitchen. It's like a big 'DINNER IS HERE' sign, but whatever, he can't read labels in pitch black darkness.]
[Drops can.....No, Kanda looks up from his selection of beans or corn. So maybe lights weren't a good idea....Quickly, he moves across the room and flicks the switch off. In place of it, he lights a lantern placed on the kitchen table. Noticeable, but not as obvious.]
[lavi peeks around and notices the ... light is gone, on the most part. he hopes his nose isn't broken (breathes through his mouth) and feels his way around the outer wall. it's not long before he manages to reach the window belonging to the small kitchen area.
he is facing the back of a familiar angry man. lavi knocks on the window and puts on his puppy dog eyes face.]
