Karen slipped her round sunglasses on her face, shielding her eyes from the harsh light of the sun. This would be a holiday - if she wasn't so worried about Matt. He was the same goofy idiot that he always was, but she couldn't help but notice the pained look on his face when he was lost in his own head.

D'AWWWWW. The first part was sad for Matt, but I suppose break ups always are. I think it was even worse that Daisy barely gave him the time of day after he traveled so far to show his support. But the end, I *loved* it. The kiss and the last line--HA!! Way to bring a meme into a RPF!

Also, I think your spell check went a bit wonky. You wrote "defiantly" when I think you meant "definitely".

Ahhh this was so sweet :) I just LOVE all references to bets between Arthur and Alex hahahahaaa. Also, you should know I don't TEND to like fics which deal with IRL relationships and break-ups and stuff, but I like that you made Daisy a somewhat positive character, it was really well-written and sort of believable (feels weird saying that about real people but you know what I mean). So yeah,
