I love the color of your hair, totally keep it blonde. Layers are good, keep the length, but get rid of any split ends you might got goin on. Other then that? Perfection :)

layers are a great idea. It's not an overwhelming change, but it's a nice, subtle, look
I don't reccommend face frame layers tho..cuz i hated them
