i finished my first essay of the semester the day before it was due instead of the day of!!! amazing!!! haha. i feel pretty accomplished actually. and i did all of the research before-hand and even started writing it on saturday. today i just polished it off and made sure all of my references were cited properly. yowza

a whirlwind trip somewhere! could be extravagant like paris, or could be a weekend in like...mission, haha...(we'd take the west coast express - which i have never been on!)

i've always had a desire for a suprise getaway weekend -- complete with fancy hotel room with champagne and rose petals on the bed. stupid cliches and the whole nine yards.

Tell Cale if he needs some weekend getaway ideas he can give me a call. A and I have a tradition of surprise weekend getaways every V-day. It can be a 5-star hotel or a cute little BnB, but one thing remains the same. With no cell phones, or internet or any of the usual distractions, we are 100% focused on each other and on enjoying our new surroundings. This is a great tradition that we will keep!
