Making it Through the Summer
Chapter 13
Saturday, September 7th
8:30 p.m.
Outside Babylon
"Thanks for offering to give me a lift," Justin said as he walked with Lindsay and Melanie toward the entrance of the club. All of the bachelors participating in the auction had been required to meet at eight forty-five for a briefing on the protocol for the evening's events. Unfortunately, Daphne had been scheduled to work until nine and had been unable to loan him her car. However, she would be arriving in time for the auction, which was to begin at 10:00 p.m. Luckily, Lindsay and Melanie had called and had offered him a lift since they had to be at Babylon early as they served on the board for the Gay and Lesbian Center.
"It's not a problem, sweetie," Lindsay smiled. "You know that Tannis and Phillip wanted us here early anyway to help promote the Center."
"What time is Sean supposed to arrive?" Melanie inquired.
"He's having dinner with his father, but he's hoping to make it before the auction begins," Justin indicated.
"I bet it's a relief to know that he'll be the one winning you tonight," Lindsay remarked.
"Trust me, it's a huge relief," Justin sighed. "It's embarrassing enough having to dance in front of everyone. I can only imagine how mortifying it will be to stand up there and have complete and total strangers bid on me."
"Well, Melanie and I are very excited to see you dance since we missed your legendary performance the first time around," Lindsay smiled.
"I would hardly call it legendary," Justin argued.
"I can assure you that putting that asshole in his place is beyond legendary," Melanie interjected.
"Look," Justin turned to his friends, "can we please not go there." The blond was in no mood to discuss his ex. It was bad enough that Brian was going to be there, let alone having to dance in front of him. Justin only hoped that he would be too busy stalking the evening's prey to pay much attention to him.
"Sorry, Justin," Melanie smiled weakly in apology as the trio entered the club.
"Baby!" Emmett exclaimed as he saw Justin enter Babylon with Melanie and Lindsay.
"Hey, Em," Justin smiled.
"Are you excited about this evening's festivities?"
"Uh, I guess," Justin gave a nervous shrug.
"Hey guys," Ted greeted, as he approached the group. He had been at the bar ordering a cosmopolitan for his lover.
"Hi Ted," the blond greeted.
"Are you ready to make Babylon history again?" Ted inquired.
"I hardly doubt I'm going to do that," Justin murmured.
"You never know, honey. Your last performance was the stuff legends are made of," Emmett declared.
"We were just telling Justin that," Lindsay laughed as Emmett spotted a Babylon regular he was friends with and hurried off in his direction.
"When's Sean supposed to arrive?" Ted questioned, since Brian had "assigned" him the job of keeping the man busy.
"He's at a family dinner, but he should be here after nine," the blond indicated.
"Good. Em and I are looking forward to seeing him."
"Listen, Ted, would you mind doing me a favor?" Justin asked.
"Sure, what's up?"
"I was wondering if you and Emmett could hang out with Sean when he arrives."
"That's not a problem," Ted agreed. "Actually Em and I were planning on it. We thought you might need help in keeping him away from someone in particular."
"Something like that," Justin grinned. "I'm sure he'll be too busy getting his dick sucked in the backroom or searching for the evening's entertainment, but just in case, I think it's a good idea."
"Did I miss anything while I was chatting with Dom?" Emmett inquired as he rejoined the group.
"Justin asked us to hang out with Sean tonight, and I told him that we had already decided that was going to be our plan," Ted replied, as Emmett nodded.
"Em?"
"Yes, baby?" Emmett turned to the blond.
"Do you have my clothes with you? I've got to go back for the participant's meeting and I don't think I'll be coming back here until after my number."
"Of course I have your clothes, honey," Emmett smiled. "They're in Teddy's Volvo. I'll run out and fetch them for you. Why don't you head back for your meeting and one of us will meet you back there with them," he instructed.
"Alright," Justin agreed.
"We'll see you in a bit, sweetie," Emmett promised.
"Good luck with your number, Justin," Ted offered.
"Thanks."
"Make it legendary," Melanie added.
"I'll see what I can do," the blond promised, highly doubting that his performance would be all that memorable.
***
"Alright, do we all know our assigned roles for the evening?" Ted inquired of Emmett, Lindsay, and Melanie, once Justin had left.
"I'm going to take the garment bag back to Justin," Lindsay replied. "If he doesn't open the bag in front of me, I will be watching for him to come out and look for Emmett."
"I'm going to disappear for a bit, just in case he does," Emmett joined in.
"Meanwhile, you and I are going to keep an eye out for Sean," Melanie responded to Ted.
"Right, it sounds like everything is in order. What time is you-know-who supposed to arrive?" Ted questioned.
"I say about nine fifty-five, maybe even after the auction begins," Lindsay guessed.
"I think you're right," Emmett agreed. "Does anyone know when Ben and Michael are due to show?"
"I think they said around nine thirty. I know they were bringing Debbie and Vic with them," Melanie added.
"Well, it seems like everyone is going to be here," Ted observed. "Do either of you happen to know exactly what Brian has up his sleeve tonight?"
"Actually he was a bit vague about that," Lindsay admitted.
"Same with us," Emmett confirmed.
"Do you really think he's going to show his hand?" Melanie wondered, still not trusting Brian.
"That's what he said he was going to do," Ted shrugged. "You have to admit, he doesn't bullshit, so I would assume that's what his agenda truly is. However, it's the how he's going to do it that makes me a bit nervous."
"Well, I'm sure it will all work out," Emmett tried to assure the group, and himself.
"It better damn well work out," Melanie murmured, not wanting to see Justin hurt again.
"I guess we'll just have to wait and see," Lindsay sighed, hoping Brian didn't fuck things up again.
9:30 p.m.
Babylon
Backstage area
Justin was waiting backstage with the other former kings, having finished the participant briefing. He had to admit, the event had been well structured, but Brian could always be counted on for that; the man hated any sign of disorganization. Tannis and Phillip along with Cynthia, one of Babylon's managers, and Sheba, the mistress of ceremonies, had provided the group with the evening's protocol. Luckily, Brian was nowhere to be found. Justin assumed that his ex wanted to keep a low profile regarding his involvement with the event. Like the man had said, it was merely a financial transaction for him.
The blond had to admit that Brian would probably do quite well from the auction. There was a fifteen-dollar cover fee for the evening that was being donated directly to the GLC. In addition, all proceeds raised by the auction would also be given directly to the Center. Justin imagined that Brian would be making at least a few thousand from the event, if not more.
He wondered what his ex intended to do with his take. At Ted and Emmett's barbecue, Brian had seemed rather elusive about his plans. However, Justin knew the man all too well. By agreeing to assist the Center, he had to have had some type of purchase in mind for his portion of the proceeds.
"Are you excited, Justin?" Cynthia inquired, walking over to her favorite blond intern.
"Uh, sure," Justin replied in a hesitant voice.
"You don't sound too excited," she frowned. "Perhaps you're a little nervous?"
"Probably," Justin gave a small smile. "I'm honestly not all that comfortable with dancing in front of everyone."
"Really?" Cynthia eyed the blond in surprise.
"Yeah," he nodded.
"Well, I'm sure you'll be one of the best dancers out there," Cynthia gave him an encouraging smile.
"Thanks," Justin smiled at her attempt to ease his fears.
"Is that what you're wearing tonight?" Cynthia eyed his faded jeans, T-shirt and sneakers.
"Uh, no. Actually one of my friends was supposed to bring my clothes back to me. I wonder what happened to..."
"Justin," Lindsay rushed over to him carrying a garment bag.
"Hey Linds, I was just wondering what happened to my clothes," Justin remarked as his friend handed him the bag.
"Sorry honey, you know how Emmett likes to gab. Naturally it took him forever to go out to the car and grab this for you. Finally, I told him I would run these back to you or else he would have never made it back here," Lindsay laughed.
"Thanks, Linds," Justin grinned. "Do you know Brian's assistant, Cynthia?" he asked, remembering his manners.
"Actually I do," Lindsay smiled at the other blonde woman. "We've met a few times when I've stopped by to see Brian at the office."
"It's good to see you, Lindsay," Cynthia remarked. "How's that precious little boy of yours doing?"
"He's wonderful," Lindsay smiled.
"Look, Linds, I'm going to go back to the changing area to put these on," Justin gestured to the garment bag he was now holding.
"Sure, honey. I'm going to stay back here and catch up with Cynthia for a few minutes. Why don't you come back out when you're dressed so I can tell the gang that I had a sneak preview of how hot you're going to look," Lindsay suggested. By staying to chat with Cynthia she would stay on top of the surprise Justin was about to receive.
Meanwhile
The Loft
Brian stood in front of the mirror taking in his appearance. He wanted to ensure that he looked his best. This would be a night the patrons of Babylon would never forget, and that meant dressing to kill. He had to admit, as he rolled the sleeves of his red Dolce and Gabbana button down shirt, that he looked fucking hot. It was imperative that he showed a certain hotelier that he had made a grave mistake by believing he could ever go up against Liberty Avenue's one and only King. By the end of the evening, everyone, including that rich prick, would know just who his blond angel belonged to.
"Well, Sunshine," Brian began reaching for his cowry shell bracelet that was laying on the dresser, "I think it's time I put this back on."
While he had been reluctant to admit it, not wearing the bracelet since the breakup had been related to Justin. He had stopped wearing it after discovering Justin's affair with the fiddler. Brian had tried to tell himself that it was merely because he was bored with it. However, he knew better now. He knew that wearing the bracelet just hadn't felt the same in the blond's absence. Now that Justin would be his again, the ad executive was ready to put the bracelet back on and have his twink back where he belonged.

At the Bar Area
Babylon
Melanie and Ted were at the bar sharing a drink when they saw Sean enter the club.
"It's show time," Ted took a deep breath, before heading over to the entrance.
"I can't believe I'm actually going to help that asshole," Melanie grumbled before following Ted.
"Sean," Ted greeted the hotelier, offering his hand.
"Ted, good to see you again," Sean shook Ted's hand before turning to Melanie. "How are you, Mel?"
"Wonderful," Melanie gave her best fake smile. "And you?"
"Great," Sean grinned. "I have to admit I'm excited. I thought dinner with my father would never end. Unfortunately, we don't always see eye to eye when it comes to the family business."
"I can imagine," Ted shook his head, knowing full well from his days as an accountant that families didn't always agree when it came to their businesses.
"Damn, the turnout is unbelievable," Sean observed, taking in the crowd that had already assembled. "I forgot how popular the King of Babylon contest was. It's been years since I went to one."
"Never underestimate the draw of a strip contest," Ted joked as two Babylon regulars approached them.
"Hey Ted, where's Kinney?" John, one of the regulars, inquired.
"He's in the backroom getting his dick sucked," Melanie grumbled.
"It figures," the other regular said in an amused voice.
"Actually I don't think he's arrived yet," Ted indicated, hoping the two would go off on their merry way.
"He better show up soon, I've got money riding on him," John stated.
"Money?" Sean looked surprised.
"Yeah, everyone is dying..."
"Oh, look Sean, there's Emmett, why don't we head over in his direction," Ted interrupted, steering Brian's competition away from the two regulars.
***
Back in the changing area, Justin reached for the garment bag and began unzipping it. As it opened, he pulled back the front flap and was astounded by what he saw.
"What the fuck?" He eyed the garments inside of the bag in confusion.
The blond cautiously reached for the white button down shirt that was on one of the hangers. He skeptically held it up and was surprised to discover that it was exactly his size.
"This isn't what I picked," he said to himself, as he eyed the shirt's label. "Armani? What the hell is going on? Since when does Torso carry Armani?" Justin wondered aloud.
He reached for the wife beater next and was astounded to discover that it too was an Armani.
"Something is not right here," the blond stated as he noticed the leather pants next. There was no way in hell he was wearing leather pants. He put the shirt and wife beater back in the bag before setting it down and hurrying off in search of Emmett.
***
Lindsay was still chatting with Cynthia when she saw Justin rush out of the changing area with a frown on his face.
"Justin, what's wrong?" Lindsay rushed over to her friend.
"It's my clothes."
"What about your clothes?"
"I ended up with the wrong clothes," Justin explained as Lindsay tried her best to look stunned.
"Now that's a serious problem," Cynthia observed. "Do you think these new clothes will fit?"
"Oh, they'll fit alright, but I don't understand why the fuck Emmett gave me the wrong clothes."
"Why don't Cynthia and I take a look at them," Lindsay offered. "If you try to go back out there and look for Emmett you may never find him."
"True," Justin sighed, before leading the women back to the changing area.
Meanwhile
At the Bar
Michael and Ben were standing at the bar with Debbie and Vic when they noticed Sean, Emmett, Ted, and Melanie across the club.
"Michael, why don't you invite them over here so we can all watch the auction together," Debbie suggested.
"Uh, I don't think so, Ma. To be honest, I can't stand that Sean guy," Michael grumbled.
"Since when do you not like Sean?" Debbie demanded. "I thought you hardly knew the man."
"Well, I don't really. It's just that I don't think he's the best person for Justin. If you want my honest opinion, he seems kind of arrogant."
"Arrogant?" Ben laughed. "Michael, your best friend is the most arrogant man on the planet," the professor pointed out.
"No he's not," Michael protested.
"Speaking of Brian, where the fuck is he?" Debbie wondered aloud.
"I'm sure he'll be here later, Ma" Michael promised. Brian had, after all, told him that something big was going to happen, but that he had to keep it quiet. Being that Brian was his best friend, Michael had done his best to keep his friend's secret.
"He better be. As the mastermind of this event, I expect to see him," Debbie huffed.
"Relax Ma, he'll be here." Michael only hoped it was sooner rather than later.
Meanwhile
At the other end of the club
"How do you two know Brian?" Sean asked Melanie and Ted as they walked towards Emmett.
"Uh...." Ted hesitated, unsure how to reply.
"Everyone knows Brian," Melanie muttered. "However, Ted knows him because he used to be his accountant. I know him because I've done some legal work for him," she indicated.
"Oh, that makes sense," Sean nodded as they reached Emmett.
"Well, hello, Sean," Emmett smiled at the hotelier, glad to see he had arrived and that Ted and Melanie were taking care of him. "Are you excited to see our baby perform?"
"Absolutely," Sean gave a wide smile. "Justin is an amazing dancer."
"The best," Ted agreed.
"I wonder if he's actually going to show up," a loud voice next to the group was suddenly heard.
"I'm sure he'll put in an appearance. After all, he's not about to miss his twink's performance," came another voice.
"Yeah but the twink is no longer his twink," a third voice added.
"Who are they talking about?" Sean curiously asked.
"Uh, I think they're talking about uh..." Emmett attempted.
"They're talking about some guy that used to fuck Angel Escabar. He's one of the former kings, and his uh, friend they mentioned, still has a thing for him," Ted covered for his lover.
"Oh, wow. This ought to be interesting. You'll have to point the guy out to me."
"Uh, sure," Melanie agreed. "That is, if he actually puts in an appearance. You never know when it comes to the guy."
9:40 p.m.
Babylon
Backstage
"Oh, my goodness!" Lindsay exclaimed, as she eyed the leather pants Justin was holding up in disgust.
"How the fuck am I supposed to wear these?" he demanded in a panicked voice.
"They're Gucci," Cynthia observed, trying her best to sound stunned, since she had been the one to assist her boss in selecting the pants.
"I'm sure they won't be that bad," Lindsay attempted to assure her friend.
"Do you know how much these cost?" Justin protested. "Where the hell did Emmett come up with these?"
"Well, I have a theory," Lindsay offered.
"You do?" Justin eyed her in surprise.
"I can only think of a few people who could afford to spend that on you," she began.
"Christ, don't tell me Brian did this," Justin groaned, not wanting to even consider the possibility.
"Brian?" Cynthia repeated as she tried to look surprised.
"Actually, Justin, I was going to say Sean," Lindsay corrected in a convincing tone.
"Oh my gosh, you're probably right," Justin realized. "I bet this is Sean's doing. He's been so supportive about this whole auction that he probably wanted to do something nice."
"I think Lindsay's right Justin," Cynthia agreed. "So, why don't you make your boyfriend happy and wear his gift," she suggested, trying to ensure her boss' scheme continued along its intended course.
"I think I will," Justin said, giving his sunshine smile. Since Sean had been so generous to pick these clothes out for him, the least he could do was wear them.
9:55 p.m.
Inside Babylon
Brian had decided to arrive at Babylon just as the auction was beginning. He liked the idea of fueling the speculation of the club's patrons. He knew that many of them were probably speculating if he would even show up while others were probably wondering if he would actually bid. What Brian knew for sure was that each and every patron would be glued to the sight of Babylon's royal couple reuniting in front of their very eyes. As he entered the club with a smirk on his face, Brian couldn't help but notice many of the patrons had stopped and stared at him. It was just as he suspected. The ad executive scanned the room and observed that the family was split into two groups. Michael and Ben were standing near the bar with Debbie and Vic while Temmett was taking care of the hotelier with Melanie on the other side of the club. There was only one place Brian wanted to be, and that was up against the bar. If he was going to do this, he wanted to make sure he had the best view of the evening's festivities, and that was from the bar.
"Look, Brian just arrived," Sean observed, noticing the sudden hush of the club's patrons. "Wow, he certainly knows how to make an entrance."
"That he does," Melanie agreed as she watched her nemesis head for the bar.
"Do you think he'll bid on any of the bachelors?" the hotelier wondered.
"Brian, God no," Ted replied. "He's had just about every former king."
"Well, he hasn't had Justin," Sean stated as the group chose to remain silent just as Lindsay joined them.
"Hi guys," she smiled.
"So, how did our baby look?" Emmett inquired. "Come on, dish."
"He looks hot, Em. The clothes you picked out are incredible," she winked at her friend as the lights dimmed and the music started. It was time for the main event to begin.
"Gentlemen and gentlemen, oh and ladies too, welcome, our hostess for the evening: Her Royal Rudeness, Sheba Queen of Babylon!" Babylon's infamous mistress of the King of Babylon ceremonies was introduced much to the delight of its patrons.
"Welcome to the first annual King of Babylon Charity Auction where the bachelors are stiff and so are the bidders," Sheba announced as the club filled with laughter.
"Tonight, not only will you get to see some of Babylon's hottest former kings bare all, you'll also have the opportunity to bid on the king of your desires," Sheba declared as the crowd roared.
"So without further ado, let me introduce you to Babylon's original king. While he might be the oldest at 45, he's certainly one of the hottest. Charles, baby, you can warm my bed up any time. Let's hear it for his Royal Highness, Charles Hopedale!" Sheba cried as the king took the stage to "Tight" by INXS.
***
The auction was underway and Brian had to admit it was off to a strong start. The patrons seemed to love seeing their favorite former kings relive their glory days. The bids were also flying in after each bachelor performed his number. Charles Hopedale had raised $5000 alone. Brian also couldn't help but smirk at the appalled looks on Tannis and Phillip's faces. He knew that they were too uptight to understand the significance of using the former kings as his bachelor pool, and that they had been unaware that their little auction would involve such "scandalous" displays of flesh.
"I must admit, this is quite the production," Debbie complimented as she joined Brian at the bar.
"I do try," Brian smirked.
"Do you plan on staying to see our Sunshine perform, or will you be too busy hunting tonight's piece of meat?" Debbie inquired, wanting to know Brian's plans for the evening.
"I might stick around," Brian shrugged. "I suppose you'll just have to wait and see."
"Hey Brian," Michael came over to the bar. "We were beginning to wonder if you were going to make it."
"I told you I would be here."
"It looks like you'll be raking in the cash tonight," Ben observed.
"That's what this is about, isn't it?" Brian wanted to keep the professor off of his trail.
"Justin mentioned that Sean will be "purchasing" him tonight. I would imagine he'll make quite a bid," Ben remarked.
"Well, with all of his money he should," Michael grumbled.
"And to think that he's going to make me richer," Brian gave a mock sigh.
"Are you planning on bidding tonight?" Debbie questioned. She sensed something suspicious in Brian's behavior, yet she couldn't quite put a finger on what it was.
"Brian, bid? You've got to be kidding me, Ma. Hell, Brian's already fucked all the former kings," Michael pointed out.
"You do have a point, Michael. I guess I would just like him to be charitable for once in his life," Debbie sighed.
"Well, you never know, maybe someday I will be charitable," Brian foreshadowed.
11:30 p.m.
"Teddy, Justin is going to be up soon!" Emmett said in excitement.
"I can't wait to see him!" Daphne exclaimed. She had arrived immediately after the auction had started, and had joined Justin's group of friends. Like Sean, she was unaware of Brian's plans for Justin.
"Well, first, there's Angel Escabar," Ted got a dreamy eyed look on his face.
"Oh, Teddy, don't tell me you're still hung up on that piece of trash," Emmett groaned.
"While I have to admit he's a dream to look at, he's certainly not you, Em," Ted declared before leaning in to kiss his lover.
"Who would have ever thought?" Melanie shook her head in surprise, amazed that Ted and Emmett were still going strong after eight months together.
"Isn't it amazing?" Lindsay agreed. She only wished that Brian and Justin could be as happy as Ted and Emmett.
11:45 p.m.
Backstage
Babylon
Justin stood backstage nervously awaiting his introduction. The bidding for Angel had finally concluded and it was now his turn to perform. He had to admit, he did look pretty hot in the clothes Sean had so generously provided. While they weren't what he would have chosen for himself, they fit him perfectly. He would have to thank the man for his thoughtfulness later.
The blond only hoped that the remainder of the evening went according to plan. He didn't see how it couldn't. Sean had to be one of the wealthiest men in the audience, if not the wealthiest, so it was highly unlikely that anyone would choose to out bid him. Justin also prayed that Brian was not among the audience. He assumed that by this time, Brian would have already found his evening's entertainment and would be devouring it in the backroom.
***
Brian stood leaning against the bar, waiting for Sheba to announce the next bachelor. He wanted to make sure he appeared casual and that his anticipation of the next bachelor was not noticeably obvious since he knew that he was being observed by just about everyone in the club. As Sheba sauntered back on stage Brian knew that the time had come. It was time to reclaim his blond angel.
***
"It's time!" Emmett loudly exclaimed as Melanie and Lindsay both took a deep breath.
"I can't wait to see him," Sean eagerly remarked to Ted.
"Same here," Ted gave a nervous smile. He only hoped Brian knew what he was doing.
"Our next former king might look like a blond angel, but those who know this rambunctious tyke know that he is in need of a good spanking, preferably from the firm hand of an older man. Let's put our hands together for his Royal Highness, King Justin!" Sheba introduced as the crowd erupted into cheers for one of its favorite former kings.
"Oh my God!" Lindsay looked at Melanie in shock, knowing full well who had authored Justin's description.
"Spanking?" Sean repeated in shock, turning to Ted.
"Beats me," Ted shrugged, having a distinct idea who was behind the introduction.
"Look, there he is!" Emmett pointed as Justin took the stage.
***
"Spanking?" Debbie raised an eyebrow at Ben and Vic since Michael had gone to join Brian at the bar. "Somehow that doesn't sound like our Sunshine."
"Tell me about it," Vic agreed.
"No, that definitely doesn't sound like something Justin would write," Ben noted suspiciously.
"But it sounds a lot like what someone else would," Debbie declared, as she turned to stare at Brian.
***
"Spanking?" Justin choked as he sauntered toward the stage. He certainly hadn't written that ludicrous description. There was only one person who could have written that nonsense... Justin immediately discounted the thought from his mind. It simply wasn't possible.
Realizing he was about to take the stage, the blond forced himself to block any further thoughts of his infuriating ex and focus instead on his performance. He plastered a fake sunshine smile on his face and stepped out into the crowd, waiting for the familiar beats of "Girls and Boys" to begin.
Only there was one small problem. The familiar beats of the song he had selected never began. In its place was an incredibly seductive melody, one that Justin would never have selected in a million years.
The blond tried to contain the look of horror on his face and reluctantly began swaying to the beats of "#1 Crush" by Garbage.
I would die for you
I would die for you
Justin scanned the crowd as he moved in rhythm to the music. His eyes suddenly stopped as they landed on a pair of familiar hazel ones that were burning with desire. The blond couldn't believe that Brian was leaning against the bar openly leering at him. It was so much different from the man who had pretended to ignore him just a year and a half before. It was as if his ex was daring him to give the hottest performance of the auction.
Furious at Brian's attempts to sabotage his performance, Justin completely forgot about his intention to avoid a heated dance. He forgot that the person in the audience he was supposed to dance for was Sean. He forgot about everyone in the audience and focused his attention solely on the man with the piercing hazel eyes. If Brian wanted to play dirty, Justin was going to fight right back.
I've been dying just to feel you by my side
To know that you're mine
The blond seductively began working his leather jacket off, daring his ex to keep staring at him. Daring him to show his desire.
I will cry for you
I will cry for you
I will wash away your pain with all my tears
And drown your fear
Taking the jacket off, Justin twirled it above his head before throwing it aside, seeing Brian's eyes burning with lust, much to the shock and thrill of Babylon's patrons.
***
"You go baby!" Emmett cheered with enthusiasm as Justin threw the coat.
"Fuck, is he hot," Sean breathed, watching the blond. "I had no idea this is what he had planned."
"Neither did we," Lindsay and Melanie stated, captivated by the blond's performance.
I will pray for you
I will pray for you
I will sell my soul for something pure and true
Someone like you
Brian stood leaning against the bar, mesmerized by the pair of blue eyes that would soon belong to him. He couldn't help but take a deep breath as Justin began working on the buttons of his white Armani shirt. When Brian had intentionally sabotaged Justin's performance he never imagined the blond would accept his challenge by giving him such a heated performance. Justin's eyes hadn't left his the entire time. They kept daring him to look away, daring him to admit how fucking hot he looked.
See your face every place that I walk in
Hear your voice every time that I'm talking
You will believe in me
And I will never be ignored
Justin continued unbuttoning his shirt, making sure to take it nice and slow. He wanted to draw out Brian's agony as much as possible. As he undid the final button, the blond unhurriedly shrugged out of his shirt, first his left shoulder then the right, letting it glide to the floor to join the leather jacket. Now he stood in front of his ex lover wearing only his leather pants and the wife beater. He slowly and seductively ran his hands down his torso, teasingly hooking his fingers into the waistband of his pants. He smirked at Brian, knowing that the man had to have a raging hardon by now. What Justin didn't expect was for his ex to smirk in return. Neither Brian nor Justin was willing to lose this challenge.
***
"What the hell is going on?" Debbie demanded. She couldn't believe the steamy performance Justin was giving and Brian's open appreciation of it.
"The Brian and Justin show," Vic murmured in amazement.
"Christ, you can say that again," Debbie shook her head in disbelief.
"Whatever it is, this cannot be good," Ben observed, dreading the outcome.
***
I will burn for you
Feel pain for you
I will twist the knife and bleed my aching heart
And tear it apart
Brian continued to lean against the bar. As the song became more forceful he became utterly captivated by his blond angel as he pulled the wife beater off exposing his creamy white skin. He wanted to bury himself deep inside Justin's smooth tight ass right there and then.
I will lie for you
Beg and steal for you
I will crawl on hands and knees until you see
You're just like me
Justin slowly turned his back to the audience, before easing the zipper down on his pants as he ground his hips to the beat of the music. He looked over his shoulder to see Brian licking his lips in anticipation of what was to come.
Violate all the love that I'm missing
Throw away all the pain that I'm living
You will believe in me
And I can never be ignored
The blond began to tantalize the audience as he eased his pants down, slowly exposing his tight black briefs and his infamous bubble butt. The crowd began making cat-calls in anticipation of what was to come.
I would die for you
I would kill for you
I will steal for you
I'd do time for you
Justin turned toward the audience and smirked before turning his back to them again. He hooked his fingers into the waistband of his briefs and slowly eased them down inch-by-inch as Babylon burst into boisterous cheers of appreciation.
To be close to you
To be part of you
I will wait for you
I'd make room for you
I'd steal ships for you
As the song came to a conclusion Justin turned back toward the audience. His eyes immediately zeroed in on his ex-lover who was giving him a rather perverse grin. Justin couldn't help but break out into his own sunshine smile as he realized that he had beat the man at his own game. He hadn't backed down; he had withstood the battle of wills and had given his ex a performance he would never forget.
'Cause I believe in you
I believe in you
I would die for you
***
"My God, I knew Justin could dance, but that was unbelievable!" Lindsay exclaimed at the conclusion of the dance.
"Tell me about it," Daphne agreed. "I had no idea this is what he had been planning."
"Me neither," remarked Ted in shock.
"Did you see the way Kinney was staring at him?" a Babylon regular commented behind Sean. "Fuck, he was eating him alive."
"Brian wasn't staring at him, was he?" Sean questioned Ted and Emmett in surprise. He had been so turned on by the blond's performance he hadn't even noticed Brian.
"Uh, no of course not," Emmett quickly covered. "I don't know what the guy was referring to."
"Huh. Oh well, it looks like the auction is about to start," Sean observed as he saw Justin pulling his pants back up along with putting his shirt back on as Sheba rejoined him on stage.
***
"Uh, Brian," Michael hesitated next to his best friend. Justin's effect on Brian had not gone unnoticed.
"Yeah, Mikey," Brian had a feeling what was coming next.
"What the hell was that?"
"What Mikey?"
"You know what I'm referring to," Michael frowned.
"No, I don't."
"Dammit Brian, what do you think you were doing..."
"Why don't you shut up, Mikey," Brian advised. "The auction is about to start." He had much more important things at hand, like bidding on his twink, instead of listening to his friend whine.
***
"Alright gentlemen, His Royal Highness certainly knows how to get the blood rushing in a certain area," Sheba grinned, fanning herself as Justin blushed on stage.
Brian couldn't help but laugh. Justin sure knew how to get his blood flowing.
"Now gentlemen, by now you know the routine for the bidding. So I'm going to ask, do we have any brave souls out there who are willing to discipline this rambunctious tyke?" Sheba inquired as the crowd began to cheer and make cat calls.
"It seems that we do," Sheba smirked. "Why don't we start bidding at $250. Do I have any takers?"
"Me," Ben raised his hand. He knew that Sean had promised to win his friend, but he didn't see the harm in raising the price, since it was for a good cause after all.
"Ben," Michael looked shocked at his boyfriend, who merely gave a casual shrug in response.
"We have $250, boys, does anyone care to raise it?"
"$500!" Ted called out, also wanting to raise Justin's price.
"Teddy," Emmett looked at his lover in surprise.
"It's for charity, Em."
"You do have a point," Emmett conceded. "$700," he made his own bid.
"$1000!" came a bid from a Babylon regular who was a well-known physician.
***
"We're at $2500 now gentlemen," Sheba announced a few minutes later as Justin looked on in amazement. He had been surprised to see so many people bidding on him.
"$3000!" Sean decided it was time to join the bidding.
"$3500," the physician bid again.
"$4000," Sean countered.
"Okay boys, we're at $4000," Sheba stated. "Do I hear any other bids?" The doctor shook his head in response. It appeared he had reached his maximum. Justin breathed a sigh of relief. It looked like he was going to end up with Sean just as they had planned.
***
Brian continued to stand at the bar observing the auction. It appeared that Connolly was about to win with his measly bid of $4000. Not about to step aside, Brian decided it was time to set the final phase of his plan into motion and eliminate the handsome hotelier once and for all. It was time to show his hand.
"$4000, going once...," Sheba called. "Going twice.... Sol..."
"$5000!" Brian suddenly interrupted as he stepped forward from the bar. The audience instantly became hushed at the bid, stunned that the King of Liberty Avenue had just made a bid on his twink.
***
Justin's heart began to pound as he heard a voice he would recognize anywhere bid $5000. At first he thought he was hallucinating, but as he stared at the club's shocked patrons, he knew he wasn't. He couldn't believe that Brian had actually bid on him; it was beyond his comprehension. All the blond knew was there was nothing he could do. It appeared he was about become a victim yet again of an infamous Kinney manipulation, and all he could do was stand there and watch it unfold and blow up in his face once more.
***
"What the fuck is going on?" Sean demanded turning to Ted and Emmett.
"Uh, it looks like Brian just uh, bid on Justin," Emmett nervously replied, just as stunned as everyone else.
"Why in the world is Brian doing this? Hell, he doesn't even know Justin all that well," Sean shook his head in disbelief.
"Going once," Sheba's voice announced.
"$7000," Sean decided it was time to make his next bid. He wasn't about to let Kinney beat him.
***
"$8,000," Brian raised his bid, not about to let Connolly get ahead as the audience gasped.
"$9,000," Sean countered, becoming increasingly frustrated with Brian's interference.
"$10,000," Brian shot back as Justin looked on in utter horror.
"$13,000," Sean continued the bidding.
"$15,000," Brian smirked as he increased his own bid.
"Well, it looks like a certain older man no longer takes his twink for granted," Sheba observed, as she gave Brian a knowing smile.
"What the fuck did she mean by that?" Sean turned towards Ted and Emmett again.
"Uh...." Ted hesitated, realizing he was trapped.
"Er...." Emmett was at a loss for words.
"Why did she just refer to Justin as Kinney's twink?" Sean demanded.
"Sean, it's uh, really rather complex," Lindsay began, trying to do damage control.
"Rather complex?" Sean repeated.
"Going once," Sheba's voice interrupted.
"Fuck it," Melanie shook her head. It was time someone told the truth before the entire situation got of hand. "The reason that Sheba called Justin that asshole's twink is because he was for almost two years before he finally realized what an asshole Brian was and left his sorry ass," Melanie stated as the gang winced at her hard truth.
"Going twice," Sheba called.
"Kinney is that asshole ex of his?" Sean questioned in disbelief. He couldn't believe what a fool he had been.
"I'm sorry," Lindsay nodded in confirmation.
"Sold!" Sheba announced as the crowd erupted into applause.
"I don't fucking believe this," Sean muttered, shaking his head, as the enormity of Brian's latest manipulation began to sink in.
***
"Sold!" the word played over and over again in Justin's head as he stood paralyzed on the stage.
He couldn't believe what had just occurred. He couldn't believe that Brian, not Sean, had been the one to win him.
"Well, Mr. Kinney, aren't you going to come up and claim your prize?" Sheba asked knowingly as Brian smiled in satisfaction.
"Brian!" Michael gasped, stunned at what his friend had done.
"Later, Mikey," Brian cut his friend off. "I have more important matters to take care of," he declared, as he approached the stage to claim a dazed Justin.
Upon reaching the stage, various Babylon regulars began cheering and whistling, excited to see their King reclaim his twink. Not one to avoid putting on a show, Brian sauntered over to Justin before grabbing him and capturing his lips in a searing kiss that left no doubt as to whom the blond belonged.
***
Justin stood on the stage utterly reeling from Brian's actions. He couldn't believe it when Brian grabbed him and began taking his lips in a storm of passion as the club's patrons roared in approval.
"You're mine," Justin heard Brian growl into his ear, before his ex forced his tongue between his lips and began plundering the warm silky confines of his mouth.
"Ahh," the blond groaned, completely overwhelmed by Brian's sensual attack.
"I'm going to fuck you," Brian whispered. "I'm going to plow that tight little..."
Justin suddenly came out of his daze appalled at those words and by the compromising situation he was in. He looked over to see Sean standing in the audience glaring at him in both shock and rage.
"Fuck," the blond whispered, knowing full well he was trapped.
"That's right, Sunshine, I'm going to fuck you alright," Brian vowed causing Justin to look up at him in distaste.
"The hell you are," the blond declared in an icy voice before pulling himself out of Brian's embrace and rushing off the stage, just as Sean turned to leave. Justin had to stop him before he got away. He had to try to explain before it was too late...
An Alleyway Outside of Babylon
12:30 a.m.
"Sean!" Justin shouted, running down the alleyway next to Babylon hoping to stop his friend before it was too late. He couldn't believe what had occurred inside of the club. Justin knew he had no other choice but to explain the situation, as damning as it may have looked. There was no way he could have Sean believing that he had intentionally set out to deceive him.
"Sean!" Justin called again, as the older man stalked toward his Porsche ignoring Justin's cry.
"What?" Sean turned suddenly and glared at Justin.
"You have to let me explain," Justin rushed out. "It's not what you think."
"Not what I think?"
"Look, I honestly don't know why Brian did what he did. Seriously, I had no idea he was planning something like this."
"Somehow I find that hard to believe," Sean shook his head in amazement.
"But it's the truth," the blond protested.
"The truth, now that's a laugh," Sean mocked. "Spare me your lies Justin, I know all about you and Kinney."
"What do you mean?" Justin asked, beginning to panic.
"I know who Kinney is to you so you can save your sob stories about your asshole ex for some other fool, because I'm through playing your games."
"Sean, honestly, I was going to tell you about Brian, honestly I was, but I didn't know how."
"Please, Justin, I'm not in the mood to hear your pathetic excuses, alright. Just admit the fact you were using me for whatever sick and twisted game you and Kinney had planned. Hell, is this what the two of you do for kicks? Find some poor fool to con with your tales of woe as you tease him with promises of your sweet little ass, only to set him up for a fall?" Sean angrily demanded.
"No, for God's sake, Sean, I would never do anything like that," Justin objected, appalled by Sean's take of the situation.
"Sure, Justin, if that's what gets you through the day. However, I know better now. I bet all the while you were holding out on me, telling me you needed time and all of your other bullshit, you were letting Kinney fuck you all along, weren't you Justin?" Sean coldly inquired, as Justin attempted to avert his gaze, ashamed by the truth. "Somehow I thought so," Sean laughed harshly. "Well, you and Kinney deserve each other. You two are sick. I'm better off without you," Sean declared, before storming off, leaving Justin standing there horrified by the shocking turn of events. He didn't have a clue as to where to go from here. All he knew was that the damage was done, and that there was no hope of ever making things right with Sean again. Justin only had one person to thank for this latest disaster, and that was Brian Kinney.
Meanwhile Inside Babylon
"I don't fucking believe it," Debbie muttered in disgust as she stood with Vic, Michael, and Ben. "Did he honestly believe that this latest manipulation of his was actually going to work?"
"Beats me, sis," Vic sighed. Sometimes even he couldn't understand Brian's motives.
"Well, whatever the fuck he was up to, he certainly ruined any hope of Justin developing a lasting relationship with Sean," Ben observed angrily.
"If you want my opinion, Justin's better off without that rich jerk," Michael stated.
"Michael, how can you say that? Sean was perfect for Justin. He was everything Justin needed along with being..." Ben attempted to argue.
"Justin needs Brian," Michael cut off his partner.
"Since when did you become such a big fan of the Brian and Justin show?" Vic curiously inquired, rather surprised by his nephew's change in attitude.
"Yeah, when did you?" Debbie demanded, equally surprised.
"Look, I may not like the kid, but even I know he's what Brian wants," Michael replied, having come to terms with the fact that there would never be a future for him and Brian and that his place was with Ben.
"Honey, I may have believed that once, but after the way he treated poor Sunshine, especially tonight, I think the only person Brian Kinney is capable of loving is himself," Debbie murmured, hoping this wasn't the truth.
"Ma, you're just as blind as Justin. Why do you think Brian did what he did tonight? He had no other choice. It was the only way he could show his hand," Michael protested.
"You didn't know what he was planning tonight, did you?" Ben suddenly became suspicious.
"Well...," Michael hesitated.
"Michael," Debbie groaned.
"Ma, all he said was that he had big plans for tonight. I honestly didn't know this is what he had in mind," Michael gave an evasive response.
"Christ, Michael, Justin's your business partner for fuck's sake. Couldn't you have at least warned him?" Ben demanded.
"It wasn't my place."
"Dammit Michael, it was your place," Debbie added her two cents. "You should have warned poor Sunshine. However, what's done is done," she sighed, hoping that somehow Brian would be able to fix his latest mess before it was too late.
The Loft
2:00 a.m.
Brian was sitting on his sofa, wearing only a faded pair of jeans as he nursed a Beam. He couldn't help but think back to the evening's events. While the auction hadn't gone exactly according to plan, he had accomplished his ultimate goal, which was to remove the threat of the handsome hotelier once and for all. Brian knew from the look on Connolly's face as he stormed out of Babylon that he was finished with Justin for good.
The only thing Brian hadn't banked on was Justin's reaction. While he knew the blond would be pissed, he thought Justin's anger wouldn't last very long once he realized Brian had done it for his own good. However, he hadn't counted on Justin chasing after Connolly, and that had him worried. Brian was no longer patient when it came to the blond and didn't relish the fact that he would more than likely have to wait until the following morning to discover what had occurred between Justin and Sean. He also knew that come Monday, he would probably see the last of the Sherbourne Hotel account. At this point, the account was insignificant in comparison to Justin. Brian now realized he had been a fool to have ever put business before his blond in the past.
Brian's train of thought was suddenly interrupted as he heard a knock on the door. Assuming that it was probably an irate member of the family coming to lecture him on his "manipulative" behavior, he trudged his way over to answer it. The last thing he expected to see was Justin standing on the other side looking pissed as hell.
"To what do I owe the honor?" Brian drawled, casually leaning against the doorframe. The last thing he wanted to do was appear caught off guard by the blond's sudden appearance.
"Fuck you," Justin muttered as he pushed his way into the loft. He was in no mood for Brian's aloofness.
"Such manners, Sunshine," Brian chastised, sensing Justin was more than a little pissed with him. However, he wasn't about to apologize for his actions, not when he hadn't been given any other alternatives.
"Since when do you give a fuck about manners?" the blond coolly questioned.
"Perhaps when a certain blond shows up at my door in the middle of the night without an invitation," Brian replied in an equally cool tone.
"You think you're funny don't you?" Justin was not at all amused by his ex's response.
"I try," Brian smirked. "Tell me Sunshine, is there a purpose to your visit?"
"I suppose you could say that."
"Well are you planning on standing here all night or would you care to enlighten me as to why you're here?"
"Why am I here? Now that's a good question, isn't it Brian?"
"I wouldn't know."
"Drop the fucking bullshit. You know damn well why I'm here; or did you think when you sabotaged my fucking performance the way you did that I was merely going to stand by and let you get away with it?" the blond demanded as he stalked closer to his ex who was standing in the middle of the loft.
"Sabotage? I haven't a clue as to what you're referring to Sunshine," Brian innocently replied.
"The hell you don't," Justin heatedly declared. "Christ, Brian, not only did you blatantly sabotage my performance tonight, you destroyed my relationship with Sean, and you fucking humiliated me all in the process!"
"My, Sunshine, that is quite a list of accusations," Brian observed.
"Accusations? It's the fucking truth, you manipulative bastard!" Justin angrily shouted.
"I'm afraid I have to object to that. You see," Brian began to refute the blond's claim, "I find the use of the word sabotage to be a bit extreme under the circumstances."
"A bit extreme?" Justin stared in disbelief. He could not believe the bastard's audacity.
"Yes, I do," Brian confirmed. "I think it's rather presumptuous of you to accuse me of sabotaging your performance when I was merely doing you a favor."
"I don't fucking believe this," Justin groaned, amazed by Brian's degree of sheer arrogance.
"You honestly don't think I was going to let you go ahead with your original plan do you?" Brian questioned. "There was no way in hell I was going to stand aside and let you give the most lackluster performance of the auction. Not when I know firsthand how capable you are of giving something so much hotter."
"And who said my choice of performance was your decision to make?" the blond argued.
"I did," Brian boldly declared. "And I can assure you that your legion of fans would agree, since it was obvious they enjoyed your performance in more ways than one."
"You certainly seemed to enjoy it," Justin couldn't help but remark.
"If that's what you want to believe," Brian shrugged nonchalantly.
"Yeah, well while you were enjoying your grand manipulation did you ever stop to fucking think about Sean for a minute?" Justin demanded. "Did you ever stop to think that you were destroying any chance I had for a future with him?"
"Ah, I see we're on to Sean now, are we?" Brian sarcastically observed.
"Fuck you."
"I'd rather fuck you," Brian offered in response to Justin's intended insult.
"Well I can assure you, that's not about to happen again, so I would suggest that you answer my fucking question now."
"Fine, I will," Brian decided, smirking. He had to admit there was something very sexy about seeing his twink so passionately angered. "Let's just say I was merely doing Sean a favor. We both know that you were going to get rid of him eventually, so I merely sped up the process for you, and allowed the poor man to escape with his pathetic heart intact."
"I don't fucking believe this," Justin muttered, appalled by Brian's cavalier attitude toward his relationship with Sean.
"Weren't you the one who came to my office the other day and begged me to help you tell him the truth about us, Sunshine?" Brian was quick to remind.
"I never said to do it like that!" Justin yelled.
"Really Sunshine, you should be thanking me," Brian chided, as Justin felt his rage begin to build.
"Thanking you?" the blond shot back. "You've got to be out of your fucking mind! Why the fuck should I thank you for destroying any chance of happiness I had with Sean?" he demanded.
"Please Justin, spare me your dramatics. We both know your relationship with that prick was never going to go anywhere, not when you..."
"You don't know a fucking thing about my relationship with Sean," Justin interrupted. "That warped mind of yours only believes what it wants to believe. What gives you the right to think you can play God with other people's lives?" he heatedly demanded, walking right up to his ex, until he was standing directly in front of him.
"Now, Sunshine, don't you think that's..."
"Spare me your bullshit Brian," Justin cut the man off again. "I've had more than enough to last me a life time! While you're at it, just stay the fuck out of my life."
"I'm afraid that's something I'm not willing to do," Brian informed Justin in a steely voice.
"Well, I've got news for you, Asshole; I don't ever want to see your arrogant, manipulative, narcissistic face again!" Justin declared, completely fed up with his ex at this point.
"Always the drama princess, aren't you, Sunshine?" Brian scoffed.
"Always the asshole, aren't you, Brian?" Justin snarled.
"But I'm the asshole you love to have fuck you, I'm the asshole you beg for," Brian whispered, his hazel eyes now burning with fire.
"You're fucking unbelievable!"
"Yet you still want me," Brian drawled, moving in and swooping down to capture the blond's lips in a heated kiss. It was time he proved to Justin how much of a little liar he was.
At first Justin's body betrayed him as he responded to Brian's warm lips. However, he hadn't come to the loft for a fuck. He had come to put Brian behind him once and for all, and that meant not falling under his seductive spell.
"That's so like you Brian," Justin shook his head in disbelief as he shoved him away. "You honestly don't think I'm the same naïve twink that you were able to use sex as a means to shut up, do you?" he demanded.
Brian chose to remain silent, realizing that Justin was angrier than he had anticipated.
"Well, I've got news for you, asshole. I'm no longer the brainless naïve twink who used to worship the ground you walk on. I've been fucked over by you one too many times for that."
"Yet you still want me, don't you, Sunshine?" Brian stated, knowing full well this was the truth. He wasn't about to stand for anything else. "All I have to do is reach for your cock and it would be nice and hard for me, wouldn't it?" he inquired as he went to reach for the blond's crotch in an attempt to prove his point.
"Fuck you!" Justin suddenly yelled, smacking Brian's hand away. He wasn't going to let Brian bait him with sex once again. He had played this hand one too many times.
"See, you're already hard for me," Brian murmured, not about to be put off by the blond's protests as he pushed Justin's hand away and began stroking him.
"Dammit! I hate you!" Justin cried, as he attempted to push Brian away. He was furious that his body was betraying him like this.
"You don't hate me, you love the feel of my hands on your big hard cock," Brian whispered, his voice filled with lust, as he adeptly pulled the blond into his arms.
"I hate you!" Justin shouted again as he began beating on Brian's chest, desperately trying to push him away before his body deceived him anymore than it already had.
"Justin, stop," Brian ordered, trying to avoid the blond's fierce blows.
"I hate you!" the blond cried for a third time, as tears of frustration began to pour down his face. He absolutely had to escape. He couldn't let Brian see the effect he was having on him; couldn't let Brian see that all he had to do was keep touching him and he would go up in flames.
"I fucking hate you!" came another gut wrenching cry, as Brian knew he had to do something to put an end to Justin's outburst before he did them both harm. He hated seeing Justin in such an emotional state. Things had definitely gotten out of hand.
There was only one way Brian knew to calm the blond down. In a swift lunge, Brian grabbed Justin's flailing arms and thrust them behind his back, making sure to keep a firm grip on them before swooping down and cutting off the blond's impending howl with a fierce kiss full of passion and pent up desire.
"Dammit Brian!" Justin cried as he pried his lips away and vainly tried to squirm out of his grasp.
"Are you going to calm down?" Brian demanded, not planning on releasing Justin until he did.
"No Goddammit! Will you fucking..." the blond was suddenly silenced again by the feel of silky lips. Justin realized he was trapped, as he felt Brian's tongue force his way into the moist recesses of his mouth.
Brian couldn't help but take advantage of Justin as he squirmed against him in a futile attempt to escape. Justin had him hard as hell and his continued inadvertent brushes against his cock were only adding to his need to possess the blond. He wanted Justin more than he had ever wanted him before. Brian knew that before the night was out, he would prove once and for all where his blond angel belonged, regardless of the cost.
"Ohhh...." Justin moaned as Brian continued to plunder his mouth. He knew he had to get away from the man before he completely lost all self-control. However, with his hands held behind his back in a vice-like grip, Justin knew his options were limited. He was left with only one alternative, and he prayed it would work or else he was would be soon drowning in Brian's vortex of desire.
"Fuck!" Brian yelped as he felt two teeth sink into his lip. He immediately broke his grasp on Justin as his hand instinctively flew up to his lip to check for blood.
Justin took advantage of the opportunity to bolt for the door. All he needed to do was make it out the door and he would be home free. As he reached for the handle, Justin suddenly felt an arm of steel grab him from behind.
"Not so fast Sunshine," Brian angrily growled in his ear as the blond realized he was, in fact, trapped and at the mercy of his ex's desires.
***
"Bri..." Justin began to protest as Brian began to pull him away from the door and steer him toward the bedroom.
"Where do you think you were running off to, my little vampire," Brian interrupted Justin's feeble protest, keeping a firm grasp on his arm. He wasn't about to let him get away from him this time, not when there was so much that remained unfinished between them.
"I... I...," Justin hesitated in a nervous voice, unsure how to respond.
"You honestly don't think I would let you get away from me again, did you?" Brian questioned.
"I... uh...," the blond weakly attempted.
"Why don't we save the excuses for later," Brian suggested.
"I think it's time I showed rambunctious little tykes what happens when they misbehave," he declared, and in one swift movement he lifted Justin off the ground and hoisted the surprised blond over his shoulder.
"Brian!" Justin gasped as the world suddenly turned upside down. "Brian, put me...."
"You know Sunshine, I think you need to be quiet for a little bit; I'm afraid hearing your voice has become rather tiresome this evening," Brian drawled, with an evil smirk as he planned how he was going to prove to Justin what a liar he was.
"Brian, put me down!" Justin ordered, attempting to regain his wits, as he tried to squirm out of Brian's hold.
"Ouch!" the blond suddenly cried as he felt Brian's hand swat him hard across the ass.
"I thought I told you no talking, and while I'm at it, make that no squirming also," he smoothly ordered.
"But..." Justin began to protest.
"Do you want me to spank you again?" Brian warned, effectively cutting the blond off.
"No," Justin gave a sigh of defeat.
"Then behave, or else I'll be forced to show you what a firm hand I have," Brian threatened, as he began climbing the steps to the bedroom.
***
As they entered the bedroom, Justin began to panic. He absolutely had to find a way to escape. He knew his ex wasn't bluffing when he said he was going to teach him a lesson. Knowing full well what that could only mean, the blond was desperate to escape. He couldn't let Brian see that even underneath all of his anger he still desperately wanted him. Justin saw his only opportunity for escape when Brian tossed him onto the bed. He immediately scrambled into a sitting position and was about to jump off the bed when he was suddenly caught off guard and pushed back onto the pillows.
Brian quickly straddled Justin between his legs, and before the blond could protest, he used one hand to grab Justin's arms and pin them to the mattress above his head. Using the other, Brian grasped Justin's white button down shirt, along with the wife beater, and gave them a rough yank, sending the buttons flying in every direction. With that gesture, Brian leaned in and grabbed Justin's nipple ring between his teeth and tugged, eliciting a groan that made his intentions abundantly clear to the blond.
"I'm going to fuck you, Sunshine. I'm going to fuck you so hard that you'll forget Connolly even exists, because no matter who you fuck I'll always be there," Brian growled in Justin's ear as he swiftly unzipped the blond's pants with his free hand.
"Oh God, Brian, don't," Justin pleaded in protest, as his ex reached for his cock and wrapped his hand around it, brushing his thumb across the slit. Justin gasped at the sensation that raced through his body.
***
Minutes later, Justin was in agony as Brian continued to tease and tantalize him. He desperately needed to come, and was just on the verge of release when Brian's hand suddenly stopped its rhythmic stroking.
"Brian, please," Justin panted, as he writhed on the bed, dying for release.
"I'm afraid I can't let you come yet, Sunshine," Brian announced.
"Please," the blond begged.
"You beg so nicely for someone who didn't want anything more to do with me just a few minutes ago," Brian observed. "It's a good thing I know your secret," he murmured as he used his free hand to slowly remove the wife beater and tattered shirt off the blond, letting his fingers caress the smooth skin, teasing his nipples along the way.
"You see Sunshine, I know your dirty little secret," Brian said as he released his grip on Justin's hands for a moment to remove the shirts. However, before Justin could come to his senses and use his hands, Brian had them both pinned to the mattress again, leaving him wearing only the leather pants that were now partially off. "I know that no matter how hard you try to deny it, you'll never stop wanting me. Isn't that right, Sunshine?" Brian inquired knowingly.
"Brian, please, I..."
"Isn't that right, Sunshine?" Brian demanded as he reached for the blond's shaft again.
"Yes!" Justin moaned, relishing the feel of Brian's hand as he wrapped strong and slender fingers around his cock once more.
"You always want me to fuck that tight little ass of yours, don't you?"
"Ahhh," the blond groaned in response, lost in the sensations his lover was arousing.
"You can try to hate me all you want, Justin, but you'll always keep coming back for more, ready to fall into my bed at any opportunity."
"Oh God!" Justin cried, as Brian suddenly released his cock again; he had brought him to the pinnacle only to stop and prolong his agony.
"And don't think I won't be there ready and waiting to make you pay over and over again for ever thinking you could replace me with your fiddler, or for ever thinking that you could shut me out with that pathetic hotelier of yours," Brian vowed. Suddenly grabbing the blond's cock once again, Brian sent Justin spiraling into release.
"Brian!" Justin screamed his lover's name as he felt himself exploding into a sea of sensation.
"I think we understand one another perfectly now, don't we?" Brian gave a predatory smile, before he released the blond's arms and took Justin's lips in a storm of passion, having only begun the evening's festivities....
