Well, I like the really nice quality of the anime one and the colors and the cute faces and her little hand reaching out.

What I like about the manga one is the crop, specifically the "THIS IS A FALLEN PHOTO OF HAPPY TIMES. DESPAIR." -feel with it sitting in the upper part of the icon. You know someone just dropped it. So it tells a little more of a story than the anime one.
