It says the com's moderation queue is full? Maybe you haven't been getting notifications. I know I didn't get any yesterday. Or, if it's lj messing about, I'll try again later. :-)

Maybe Marvel heard about HBO adding a half white character to Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee and decided they too, would jump on the bandwagon.

Headdesk taiko ensues.

The cover depicted Colleen Wing, who's half-Chinese, with massive bargain-basement-boob-job breasts suddenly too despite the fact that her body has usually been portrayed more realistically and as a contrast to her partner Misty.

Don't break that desk... you'll be needing something to hit your head on again soon. ;-)

I consider it training for when I have to head butt the stupid and show them that intelligence is the evolutionary path of survival.

It's for their own good. ::nods::

Don't mess with Steve though.

When I saw that cover on liviapenn's journal, I was patiently waiting for my dialup to draw it in...waiting, waiting...and it was only when it finished that I realized the vaguely-brownish woman in the middle was supposed to be Misty. And then only because Livia said Misty was on the cover. I never ever would have known otherwise.

Yes, I only recognised her because she was wearing a version of the red costume she's been depicted in recently. That's despite the fact that I knew she was in Heroes For Hire.
