Interestingly enough, though, as Cordelia was a venal, materialistic, ho, I'm not so sure I'm unthrilled that Lawson didn't play Cordelia. And I love Cordelia. And yet, I'm glad that '1-800-I'm-Dating-A-Skanky-Ho' wasn't said about someone (with accuracy) played by a black woman. :/

That said it's hard not to wonder how things might have changed. The whole 'rebar' incident with Cordelia when Willow and Xander are kidnapped was based on Charisma's real life experience and scar.
Also, excuse me while I imagine Chase with a bad fakey Jamaican accent playing 'Kendra'.

The easiest way to help is to spend maybe an hour or so online, looking for art about and/or by an artist/illustrator of color for the Carnival's 'Wanted Section'.
