I think it depends on what's in the soap. Like plain veg glycerin soap prob isn't that bad. (Like, don't rub it on your eyeball but still.) But when you're using IRISH SPRING, for fuck's sake...what do you expect?!
when i use Irish Spring i expect my body, face and aura to project the same fresh scent one would be certain to find in a glenn in ireland on april morn. what i don't expect is for it to feel like a hot dagger entering my sinus cavity just because i got a small millimeter of soap in my eye.
i bet you could wash your eyeball with glycerin soap and it would not feel as bad as the Irish Spring does. i almost called the cops.
In some, yeah. I find the the more you buy shit that is tested on animals, the harsher it is on your skin anyway. That said, I don't know if IS is tested on animals. But most of the "natural" companies tend to use things that are gentler! (Unless you're getting something with verbena or citrus in it; I think that would still hurt.)
I was hunting through old LJ entries and came across a reply of yours and then I realized you weren't even on my flist. Am I 'tarded? Anyway, I added you (again). Good to see you're still out there!! :*
