In the Name of Justice: Chapter XXI
The title of this chapter is taken from a song, but I can't remember which. In short, a rogue vampire is one who abandons all morals to hunt humans, though of course, this isn't an official title. Most vampires are rogues, and heavily antisocial, even if they hide amongst human societies and live double lives.
