I was thinking Sai and Sun Ce should have a little Go time since I fail at being on when people are posting. I was wondering if Sai might've actually heard of him, since there's some folktales about Sun Ce playing Go! Don't know when I'm available yet though.

Hmm, Sun Ce is really famous right? I think Sai would possibly have heard of him then, and possibly the game. He just might not connect Sun Ce's name with the famous person he would have heard about.

Yesh, I'm off at work, too. Sun Ce IS pretty famous as a Chinese historical figure/subject of folktales. It would be up to you to decide what Sai knows about him and whether or not he would recognize the name.

hmm, considering that, Sai would definitly have heard of him. However he probably wouldn't recognize the name, other than it sounding rather familiar, until some famous act or something was mentioned that would remind him.

If any of Sun Ce's Go games were known in the Heian court though, Sai would immediately recognize him... being obsessed with everything Go and all. ♥

Ah, Kabuto's got a date with Kurama to play a game of Go sometime in the future, and he's thinking about using Sai's goban for that. Your thoughts?

Sure! That's fine. I would like a heads up beforehand if you can though, as Sai would like to watch the game even if he isn't bound to the board at the time!
