This is beautiful.
I'm a big fan of the scar metaphor as long as it's not overdone and I think you showed a very, very good comparison of House and Wilson through this, even though I don't know if it was intended.
It's just like we've been shown in the last few episodes, these two are a lot alike and now they even share that "little" detail in their own unique and still similar way.
That's pretty brilliant, so thank you for getting me to think about that ;)
Very good story, I enjoyed reading that enough to feel the need to comment, even at 3 am, so that says a lot ^^

D'awwwwwwww. I like your style. A lot. The idea of House marching into the bathroom strikes me as funny, him being gimpy and all, because he certainly is proud enough to do that.

Died, I think = dyed if you're talking about the gauze's color being changed by the blood. <3
