i was thinking about you the other day! i love your photos! i had a question for you... we're travelling to your beautiful country in april next year. what's fantastic to see and what's the best way to travel through? we'd be starting in amsterdam (i think) and we need to leave from somewhere near the bottom (can't remember the name of the place off the top of my head). i would love to see the tulips in flower...
Glad you like my photos, and just a quick heads-up on the tulips: an easy way to see them is take a 'Sneltrein' train from Amsterdam via Haarlem to Den Haag. They go every 30 minutes and take you through quite a few fields of tulips. Be sure to sit on the upper level of the train for a better view. Trains are by far the best way of travelling in the Netherlands: frequent (usually every 15 minutes on mainlines and every 30 on other lines), reasonably fast and usually on time.
I'll get back at you later though, right now I'm getting ready to go to downtown Berlin. And we only have a day and a half. xD
Let me know what more southern city you're planning to travel to and I can give you even more tips. :-)
