Oh, well, no one's really sure how the city came to be this way. In my one venture to the library, the history section was destroyed, and the Sneaky Group isn't offering any direct clues. Well, there was the virus, but I don't think that could have done... this.

Um, as for a place to stay, there's a couple main apartment complexes and the church. I'm living at Marshall Street, but I'll try and get around to helping repair Latimir soon!
