Culture is a fun-necessary thing. I just read part of dreamhope's journal. She explained how she and her friends stay up all night on the night of the Summer solistice to beat the drums before sunrise. It's great that you guys celebrate Eintein's birthday. I think I may need to add that to our annual event schedule.

I like that made-up holidays and traditions can become as memorable and important as "real" holidays. We all need more excuses to celebrate!

Personally, I always consider Wednesday afternoon a reason to celebrate. Particularly 3:14 P.M. Why would 3:14 P.M. on a Wednesday exist, if not for celebration?

That is an excellent philosophical question to ponder over my celebratory 5:02 PM drink. Because 5:02 seems like a good time to celebrate today.
