Hi, that was one of the best gen Au story I ever read. I am not a native speaker and my grammar is often worse please apologize.I really like this story and I am glad that Jim survived. Also I am happy for Dean that he get more purpose then hunting and protect Sam in his life, and I am happy for Sam that he get his normal life I think it balanced him. I also like that you work a good turn for the Dad / son relationship out. I really really hope you think about a new story in this kind of universe.

I've been waiting for this fic since I read the summaries, and it was definitely worth the wait. Your last years Big Bang, "Infrangible Road" was one of my all time favorite Supernatural fics, so I had high expectations of this years fic, and you lived up to every one of them. I LOVED it.

Your Bobby and Jim were wonderful, the OFC Rain was great, and even John managed to redeem himself a little by the end.

Sam was still Sam, with all his little brother neediness, his complete trust in Dean and his willingness to stand up to anyone to protect Dean.

But best of all you once again gave us a smart, competent Dean while still leaving him his smart-mouth, his insecurities and his open womanizing. All the things we've come to know and love about him.

All that and a kickass story, AMAZING.

Thank you for sharing.

This was really engrossing. I just love gold medal Dean with nerves of steel, cool under fire and under pressure - though still with the neurotic fear of flying. And the fact that John kicking him out, and him going to college under Bobby's tutelage made him in many ways a much more whole person, so that he was able to confront his father when he needed to about his general shittiness and his knee jerk undercutting of Dean. And Dean's way of still taking care of Sammy throughout the course of the story. Having Dean so successful in a larger venue makes him generally more secure, and it's a pleasure to read him that way.

That was AWESOME. Love the talks between John and Dean, the relationship between Jim and Bobby were GENIUS, the relationship between Dean and Jim and Bobby were WIN, Sam and Dean *squees*, need I continue?

I love the idea of Dean in Shooting for the Olympics. XDD If only we could REALLY see that happen...that would be AWESOME...

I WORSHIP you. And Sam and Dean. And Supernatural. And you for writing this. THANK YOU.

Wow, what a journey! I love this story a lot. I can really buy this alternate path for everyone, and I love how even though John messed up in a lot of ways you show that he was trying in his own way. And the family that Dean found with Bobby and Jim was really wonderful.
