The Batgirl costume covers most of Steph's skin, particularly everything from the neck down. Kara's, in comparison, shows an awful lot of flesh. Steph probably shouldn't find herself so distracted by that.

According to DC, Steph and Cass were never Batgirls in the new continuity. Working from that, I want to see how Spoiler and Black Bat met and started to team up! Do whatever you like with it, DC doesn't seem likely to be giving us any answers soon...
