Hi there, I'm not Tharrow but her cousin. There has been a sudden death in the family and she is unable to participate. She's very sorry for the disruption and wants to let you know she had been greatly looking forward to it.

Not sure if I'm going to sign up or not, but I was wondering if stuff from Vertigo was allowed? I know they're a DC imprint, but I wanted to make sure before I tentatively thought up stuff.

That's fine - they're under the DC umbrella, so Vertigo counts! If you know of any artists who are into Vertigo stuff, send them our way too - I'd love for someone familiar with Vertigo to work with your story, and so far we don't have anyone who said they know it. :)

Thank you! I figured that was the case, but I wanted to make sure. I unfortunately don't know any artists familiar with Vertigo.

Like I said this is still wildly tentative. I'd like to sign up with more than just 'Tim Hunter does stuff' as a plot because that never works out well for me.

Hi I was wondering if it was ok to sign up as an author and an artist? [Apparently I have to much time on my hands!] Thank you for running this - I can't wait to get started!

You can absolutely sign up for both! The only rule we have about that is that you can't claim your own story for art when that comes around - you have to choose someone else's. But we'd love to have you as both an artist and an author!

That's fine - sex with characters 14 and under is not allowed, but 15 and up is okay for this challenge. Go ahead and sign up if you'd like :)

I've already signed up to write but I've changed my mind on my Idea. There's something else I've been meaning to d and would really rather do that. Should I Delete my initial sign up and resubmit or just go on with writing what I now have in mind?

Don't worry about changing your sign up. We just ask to get a general idea of what people are doing, but you are free to change your mind as much as you want. We know that the muses often take unexpected turns. :D We'll ask for general updates on the check-in posts, but even then you can change your idea as much as you need to right up until you turn in your rough draft.
