Batgirl blamed it on the adrenaline rush. This was her first big league team up and she'd taken great care to be completely professional. Never mind that it was Wonder Woman. Never mind that Steph had been making golden lassos out of dental floss when she was eight. She didn't gush, she didn't ask a million questions, she only looked at Diana in total awe when the Amazon wasn't looking. But when Cheetah was tied up and unconscious and Wonder Woman was congratulating her on that final, well-placed batarang, Stephanie lost it. She didn't know if she was going for a hug or what, she just knew that it ended with her planting one right on FREAKING WONDER WOMAN ( ... )
