Your insurance replaces them and covers all of it. We've used J.N. Phillips and Safelite. Both were good, came to where the car was parked, repaired it while we were at work. Almost no hassle.

Just to join the chorus: Your insurance almost certainly covers it, and will pay 100%. And there seems to be remarkable uniformity of opinion on how good J.N. Philips are.

I've used the J.N.Phillips on Mass Ave in Arlington; walked to Alewife and left the car for the day, claimed it after work.
