Happy New Something...

Well here we are...four days into a new year and already I've broken each and every one of the resolutions I didn't bother making!

Chocolate, while not high on my menu these days is still present in my diet, although I am now eating vegatables with every meal, which is something I haven't done since I left home at 18!

Smoking is still a major part
