I got it from misshavisham. Apparently the instructions are:

Well, I don't think you have ever done a meme before. But I can still point from the moral high ground of those of us who have never done one. (Admittedly, I am a new kind of dull in my lj, but give a shit, I think I'm fascinating.)

Aus, Scottish (defunct), Scottish (extant), pass, Belgians.

I am, of course, rather jealous of the Sevs and Itch-E entries.
