They open fire with submachine guns, unleashing a hail of deadly steel. But as they turn the guns towards him, he's already out of the way, dodging and leaping out of their line of fire, and moving towards them.
Dodging their fire, he gets close, knocking the guns from their hands. "Who are you?" he demands, getting closer. "What do you want?"
Unanswering, they draw blades, ready to slash the peaceful hero into ribbons... if they can touch him.

This new technology had his attention. He couldn't help himself. He had to go help them. He used a teleporter (somehow there was some fancy footwork there) just so he could get there.
And to keep Bruce from getting too angry at him Jason had left a note.
"HEY! Get the hell out of here," Jason barked while dropping low and doing a leg sweep. Hopefully the Third Robin wouldn't feel like his style was getting cramped if he was a Titan too.
