Well, this is the second time in as many days Tommy has been called on by the JSA to check on the heroes of the many cities for the JSA. First was Gotham and now Metropolis. His first stop had was going to be the Steelworks, the foundry of the hero whose name adorns it.

So when he looks up and sees a guy flying around he first thinks it's Steel. Then he notices something he probably wouldn't have see if not for his cat form: A trail of pink and white behind him.

"What in the hell...HEY! HEY YOU FLYING! HEY!"

Let's hope the person with the pink trails would be able to hear him.

Power Boy spins in the air when he hears someone yelling. He looks around a few times before squinting down at Tommy. The New God glances around to make sure he's the only one up in the air then grins. Flying down, he lands in front of Tommy and the aura fades from around him.

"Hi," he greets.

Well, whoever it was the yelling got their attention. And when they came down Tommy couldn't help but take in the fact that: 1) the costume looked a bit like someones he knew; and 2) This guy was huge. When he landed, Tommy was eye level with the guys chest, right at the big window showing the chest that must have been manicured, since it was smooth..

"You a local? I don't recognize you."

Ignore the fact he looks like he could snap you in two, Tommy.

Power Boy grins down at Tommy, resisting the immediate urge to pet him. He never did understand why Earth's dogs and cats did that to him. Shaking it off, he shrugs.

"I live here in Metropolis now," he replies simply. "I'm Power Boy!" he flexes a bit before offering a hand. "Nice to meet you, Cat Man!"
