Before him is the canyon in brilliant sunset red. Junsu steps closer to the edge. One more step and there will be no turning back, no time for a hasty cover-up joke, no room for a swerving escape. One more step and his questions will be answered.
Junsu takes the step and kisses the deep canyon red of Yoochun's lips. Air rushes past dizzyingly in the doubting moment between flight and gravity.
Then Yoochun sighs, rests a warm steadying hand on Junsu's neck, and returns the kiss with unhurried eagerness. Lets Junsu soar while patiently guiding him back to earth.
