i like this a lot. A LOT. i like how i can let my brain let loose and caress the words like my fingers would trace lines on a painting.

the way you described the facepaint designs - it was so solid, so real, that i could practically feel the sharpness of the swirls and lines on the boys' faces.

i love how you ended it: behind the masks, the boys are who they are, and who they've always been.
