yoochun was only fourteen when he first saw him; changmin, or so the host introduces. waving for his men to bring the boy into the limelight. yoochun saw the doubt in the young boy's eyes (perhaps he was even younger than yoochun) when all the other men only saw want for his physical beauty.
twelve. this boy; changmin, was only twelve yet he is worth more than two million won as the bid increases with every outbidding. yoochun saw the terror in his eyes and he knew that this boy understood what kind of circumstance he was in. yoochun thinks life is unfair, but he could do nothing about it, he was only a fourteen-year old whose piggy bank was filled with pennies and one-dollar bills.
when the host clarified that changmin was not up for grabs, yoochun lets out a sigh of relief- until the host says not yet with a devilish glint and when yoochun saw the resignation in the boy's eyes, he knew he had to save changmin before he turns sixteen; when he will once again be up on that stage, very much vulnerable to the clutches of these men who desired him. the spotlight closed on him.
yoochun thinks life is sweetest when you are free. and eighteen. at least, when changmin kisses him, it is.
