"What kind of attitude are we going for?" Angelus asked. "Charming? Sincere?"

"Sociopathic?" Xander suggested. "Or would that not be enough of a challenge."

Parker chortles. She's not wearing the 'Slave' badge yet, so she can do that.

"I think he should go for wolf in sheep's clothing." She snaps her fingers. "Oh, wait, that would mean Echolls is a sheep now." She tilts her head. "Yeah, that still works."

Xander glanced over at Logan. "Actually wouldn't that make Logan a sheep in wolf in sheep's clothing?"

He blinked. "Could someone explain to me what I just said?"

"No," Parker answered. "You lost me on the third conjunction." She cracked her neck, looking tense. "So. Why do you hate Angel-Face? Or is it just a guy thing, and should I not ask about your membership in the MFCD?"

Xander shrugged. "Maybe three years agao it was a guy thing," he said grimly. "Now it's a hurt a lot of people I care about and wouldn't trust him as far as Rory could throw him thing."

Parker's smile could blister paint, it's that warm. "Harris? You are my new friend. Thank god someone on this shoot doesn't buy into his cheezy fratboy fireman act."

Xander nodded. "Not saying the whole say yes to diversity thing is all wrong; I've met enough weirdities between home and here to know they're not all bad. Doesn't mean I'm gonna buy that somebody I know is trouble has suddenly turned over about a treeful of new leaves."

"*Tell* me about it. I've done enough research to know the difference between Vladdie and Angelus, for god's sake. I get that diversity is good, but this is ridiculous." Parker tilts her head, and taps a finger on her cheek. "You've known him how long? And he's always been trouble?"

"Around three years. And he's..." Xander kept D'anna's warning in mind, and sighed. "Not always actively evil. But yeah, I'd say he's always trouble."

"Pretty much what I thought." Parker is trying to loosen up. "So this is for the, what? Journalism class? What *exactly* did I get signed up for, Harris?"

"Journalism, yup. We're supposed to be getting people to just say yes to something. Logan came up with 'Just Say Yes to Vampires,' and I.... apparently took complete leave of my senses, because I'm still here."

"At least I have the excuse of being Echolls' 'slave' for 16 hours this week. Although I think this ought to count for double over-time. He knows I can't stand Angelus, the little weasel." She looked mournful, and sighed. "I was just hoping he'd stay a bunny, and I could be done before he was around to taunt me."

"Umm, Xander? Could you go and ask Parker a few questions while I finish up this roll please?" D'anna's look is sympathetic but tight. She wants this done as soon as possible so she can get to work on the next poster.

Xander nodded. "Um, sure. Any particular questions, or are we talking age, astrological sign, does she like long walks on the beach?"

Her lips twisted into an amused half-grin, "You're welcome to ask all those if you think you'll get an answer, but I was hopping it for something more in line with our project." Then she pitched her voice low so only Xander (and possibly Krycek) could hear, "Just keep the blood-sucking to a minium and the endorsement to a maximum, alright?"
