AP: Stimulus plan no quick fix for economy

Here's a little tip for ya, if it's not immediate, it's NOT a stimulus plan, it's a spending plan.

The only sure way to stimulate the economy and immediately give people more wealth is to let them keep more of what they already earn.

That's called a tax cut.

Actually, President Obama could write an executive order tomorrow and stop collecting taxes on everybody. That would be the quickest way. Bush 41 did this for three months in 1992 to try and stimulate the economy. He did, but still lost the election to Clinton.
