i think that maybe if i was more comfortable and assured of my writing where Marvel is concerned, it might not be as big a deal and i might give it a try. but i'm not, so... yeah. i don't see it happening any time soon.

the only thing i've ever done that has a prompt and deadline attached to it has been the Christmas Gift Fic Exchange the past two years. and that only because its the only way i have to give Christmas presents to my friends.

I think you'd do just fine, but that's totally up to you.

I forgot about the Christmas fics... I guess that counts. You did the five acts thingie too and that counts for sure. *shrug* I really enjoy doing that stuff, myself. Even if it doesn't always turn out to be a fair exchange or whatever. I have fun. lol

Yeah well... it's a good way to get different ships and ideas out there in a pretty homogeneous fandom. *shrug*

They are fun... when everyone puts in the same kind of effort. I've been burned a few times there, but for some reason I just keep trying. lol

I've always enjoyed the gift exchanges. If I didn't write so damn slow I'd prolly do more.

That is the problem with this kind of thing; deadlines can be horrible.
