time for my what seems to be my yearly entry, i sit here at 6:24am with a shoulder thats FUCKED! its inonstant pain no matter what i do so sleeping is out f the question, i dont no whats wrong with it and i cant physically have anymoe pain killers unless i risk O.D'n which amazingly as t sounds i a bad thing! (*that coming from me lol) anyhoo glad
