So this is the outfit that Sophie Aldred and Deborah Watling were looking at

I decided that my Friday cosplay should be the semi-official Doctor Who spin-off P.R.O.B.E.. Not a character from that spin-off, the spin-off itself.

Some picture editing of the VHS cover designs online, a large order from spoonflower.com, and a lot of sewing later...

Thank you! XD I am already excited about maybe doing a Sarah Jane Adventures one, but I need to use up all the fabric I have piled on my sewing chair before I let myself buy more. And give my P.R.O.B.E. dress pockets.

And I highly recommend P.R.O.B.E.! Great writing, great acting, good special effects for its time, terrible sound quality, editing done by a monkey on speed who skipped the class where they learned about transitions. IT'S SO GOOD. LIZ SHAW IS A BAMF AND SMOKES A PIPE. She wears comfy shoes and has sexual tension with a character played by Louise Jameson (their dynamic is totally ex-girlfriends-who-stayed-friends). You can play the spot-what-role-Mark-Gatiss-is-playing-this-episode game! And the spot-the-Doctor-Who-actor-playing-a-non-Who-character game (there are so many)! And the spot-the-very-carefully-nonspecific-so-we-don't-get-sued-because-we-don't-have-the-rights-Doctor-Who-reference game!

I believe it's all still up on YouTube, and they did just come out with it on DVD awhile back.

I love Liz so much, and I love P.R.O.B.E. so much. They're both so delightful.
