Hi--my journal friend, Barbara Kelley, mentioned that she had recently met you. I was intrigued, because only yesterday my son and daughter-in-law called me for Mother's Day and said they are now in the process of adopting a 5-month-old Korean baby boy! I am so excited and thrilled and eager to learn more about the entire process, of course, which I will in due time.

Barbara mentioned that you are yourself Korean and adopted, which touched me at once, and I thought if it is agreeable that I could perhaps befriend you on LJ, not to pump you for information, but simply to make a new LJ friend with whom I might share things in common.
