holy shit, i'm in pain. feeling the burn. i went to the gym with firestorm last night and joined. we're gonna be workout buddies! aw. the cutest. 24 hour fitness is like little holtville..joe eddie and reno terribilini work there and everyone from holtville that lives up here goes to that 24 hr fitness. it's the happening place to be, let me tell you. good

im in the same boat with working out / eating right... dont let your schedule slip because momentum is everything... also met-rx protein plus bars taste great and they have so much good stuff in them
