Branca: "Okay, rule number one: no personal stuff. No sex stuff. Don't tell me I look nice, don't tell me I smell good. Don't mess with me, period."
Creegan: "When I say you're beautiful, I don't mean you're beautiful in a sexual way. I mean, you're beautiful like the night sky is beautiful. Like birds in flight are beautiful."
Branca: "..."

And then I commanded (or, maybe, just ask very nicely) to maybe write fic? 'Cause that would be... hot. /Paris Hilton

Awww, I never saw the Pilot -- that's...quite a quote. Wow. I'd forgotten Creegan could be so...eloquent. ;)

And the tiki bar of twu wuv.

Ahhh, that was the best!!! And I loved the finale...the last scene was so touching. :(

And your icon is bringing it all back...sigh. :D

And that quote... is from the first twenty minutes. Like, Enright assigns him to Branca, and then they're in the car and driving to their first case. And he says that. *SIGH*

The Pilot is really, really good! The first scene is extremely well-shot, as it's a series of fly-bys as we see Creegan driving to the house where he is eventually shot in the head. But the Creegan/Branca dynamic? is so there right from the beginning. Including the ending, where she's calling his phone looking for him, and goes, "We're all worried-- I'm worried about you." And then later! She goes to his ex-wife's house because she thinks it's where he lives but he doesn't! And Susan's extremely awkward around his ex-wife! And, just, I don't know if I can describe it properly.

But AHHH. WHY DID THIS GET CANCELLED.

Ooh, I was wondering if we'd ever see that or if it was just something they alluded to. I vaguely recall them showing random clips of it -- like a "previously" or something, but I didn't realize they were fromo the actual show.

Duuuude, wow. Shippiness from the start? Yeah, these two would've SO been the next Mulder & Scully.

And can I just say...Silk Stalkings lasted for freaking four years on USA. I blame NBC-Universal. Right, because the last thing the network needed was a cult hit with potential mass appeal. Because that didn't work for Sci-Fi at all. ;p

Sorry I never got those 2 eps to you, I lost my copy of episode no. 4- AGAIN. I'm glad you got ahold of the pilot finally. Where are you getting these from? A dvd set would be miraculous. Fucking USA. :/

Aww, it's all right! Really. Partially because I had forgotten until you mentioned it just now. And thanks to the beautiful joy that is a high-speed wireless connection, I found torrents at .

Downloaded all 13 episode?! From where, woman! From where?! Touching Evil was my life and Ceegan was my obsession back in the day. I NEED to know where that torrent (or whatever) is.

Well, technically, I won't have downloaded them all. So far, I've only the pilot (and "Slash 30," which is currently at 94% and OMG GO FASTER). But there were a few more episodes available here, which I'll get to eventually, and combined with what I've got on DVDs from my good friend mazily, I think I'll have a complete set. In one shape or another.
