Which I guess is a good thing, right! Because I still remember the end of S3, going, "Okay, yeah, so basically this is the worst idea ever...?" Instead - TWIRLING INTERNS.
I just loved this episode so much! I just love those two crazy kids!
There were a million tiny details that I loved but Booth calling Brennan a cold fish might have been my favorite! I love every call-back to The End in the Beginning.
So many callbacks to so many things! Even the strange beat when they're watching the video of the murder victim - that was the pilot! And finally, now we know where Brennan knowing about the gambling and John Wilkes Booth comes from!
I HAVE TO LOVE THIS SHOW. The fact that I am so willing to embrace the fact that it made me horribly sad says a lot.
I don't want to post about this episode now, I just want to refer everyone to your post. YES. YESYESYES. AGREE, AGREE. Do not talk about marriage to a commitment phobe. Do NOT. Have you learned nothing, Booth?
LITERALLY YELLING AT MY COMPUTER LAST NIGHT, YOU SHOULD KNOW. Like... really? You wake up every morning with this revelation weighing on your mind, and that's the speech you've been practicing? Really? I sincerely doubt that. SWEETS FORCED HIM BEFORE HE WAS READY-READY BY APPEALING TO A VERY BAD IMPULSE (Sweets, aren't you supposed to a psychologist?), AND OH LOOK, CAM WAS RIGHT. (Cam is always, always right.)

Right? It was good to see him, but in the same way that it's good to see Wendell or Mr. Nigel-Murray or any other intern.
