I hope you get that rest and good luck with the rest of those items.

I think adding plot to a novel is a good thing. ;-)

Yeah! I think so too. I have all that happens, and know what these things are, but they have to be connected.

Have you thought about getting reading glasses to use when on the computer? I used to get debilitating tension headaches from being on the computer and reading so much. It got so bad that I spent two months straight in so much pain I couldn't do anything. So I went to the dr. who sent me to the eye dr. who prescribed some reading glasses for me. I only use them when I'm on the computer and it helps so much. My eyes don't have to work as hard. Only thing is, I can totally tell when I haven't been wearing my glasses because the headaches start to come back.

I already have glasses. I wear them 24 hours a day and well it's just that I strain my eyes too much so I halved down my time on the PC and restricted it to mail and watching movies. I know what you mean with the headaches. Just blah. I feel my head between two metal brackets that twist tighter on my temples.

Yuck. Those headaches are awful. Computer breaks definitely help with them though. Even with my reading glasses, if I spend too much time on the computer, the headaches can come back and I find that a couple days break from using the computer at all really helps. I only need to do this every few months.

Don't worry I am feeling better already! I do the same every few months and the headaches stop and my eyes don't feel swolen and heavy and like slits in fat tissue. hah!

Well, get some rest and I hope you feel better! And good luck with your list!! I know how you feel about your eyes. Mine hurt, too when I'm on too long. And really bright colors makes it worse. Darker colors I can bear. I don't get any headaches, though.

I am way better now. I just hacked down my stay on the PC and my eyes don't feel like they will explode and I feel more energetic. Just my time is a bit running out, because of school, so I can't be as active as I would like.
