Where have I been? [the new fun interactive game for the whole family]

Where have I been? You may perhaps ask me, if you have been curious about my strange disappearance. Oh, well dealing with drama pretty much. I never knew competitions could blow to the proportions of a Columbian soap opera of the utmost difficulty of comprehension. I am not about to delve into it, but it would seem we got screwed with our ( Read more... )

Are you kidding? Competitions are ALWAYS a big deal. I have no idea why. A couple years ago, we got a low grade in a band competition, and people were crying. Crying. It was insane.

Not a whole lot has been happening with me. School is pretty much taking over. I am jam packed busy this week, what with editing one essay, starting another, finishing a spanish project, and studying for upcoming exams. Jeez, now it feels like I've got a whole of stuff to do, now that I've seen it written down. Ugh, better get back to it.

I guess you are right. :) I try to be little less active in these, because it would seem I am a violent and nervous competitor, when the situation arises.

This reminds that I need to get going on my school projects and such... I am so scared that due to my laziness I will ultimately fail. *shudder*

You won't fail! Just keep yourself motivated and give yourself rewards. You'll do great!

These projects and tests are soooo unmotivating. Boring. I guess so many years of studying have come too much and I am really fed up with it. :)

Oh, that sucks about the project!

Probably not the right time, but are you going to do MayNoWriMo?

Oh it's the right time to ask, but not the right time to partcipate. :) I am starting full time job this Friday in shifts: one day shift, then the night shift, all 12 hours and after that 2 days of vacation, in which I have to study for tests and exams. I did a stupid thing by trying to work and study at the same time, but I am desperate about the money. May and pretty much the whole summer is left for revisions on my novel "Forged in Blood" and short fiction.

At least you already have a decent writing ethic in place. I need MayNo to kick my ass back into gear.

I was ctually supposed to be done with the short fiction, but I spent April doing nothing, so I am just quite angry that the Internet and downloadable anime and movies ruined my resolve. Gah! *slap my head*

I'm sorry about the competition. That really sucks!

What have I been up to? Well, you can see some of it in a big huge post I made tonight. The rest... I'm finishing up revisions. So, if you're still interested in reading, get ready cause I should be finished in another week. Yes, you read that right. LOL I don't know about you, but I was starting to wonder if this time would ever come...

The problem with the whole competition is that I actually spent time writing my own research and not copy/pasting straight from the Internet, which those that have passed or were considered actually did as far as the teacher that supported me said. It's rather complicated, but it has to do with principles.

Yes, I am positive that I want read, though I will be a slow reader, since I start work this Friday and will need to balance out school as well. It's so surrealistic talking about reading your novel. I thought I'd die anticipating. Thank God you finished. :)

Don't worry about being slow. I'm pretty slow myself when it comes to crits. So it'd be pretty hypocritical of me to expect everyone to hurry up with mine.

I'm not laughin'.

Glad you're still breathing. Glad you still have the social skills. *rolling eyes*

Hope the full time job works out for you.

You are not laughing, probably because it's tasteless and I pretty much wonder, why I even wrote that, so my apologies and 10 slaps on the head with the keyboard. This should be a standard procedure for stupidity in action. *sigh*

And thanks. I am surprised I have skills in that area, because whenever I talk to someone it comes off key and people just stop all conversations immediately. Hate when that happens.

About the day job. I am not sure what to think... I think I won't suck as much, but who knows...
