I am a brave little soldier, plus I entered that stage in my writing that I feel I can publish something with the approrpriate magazine. Just finding the one that pays at least 10 bucks is the hard part. *grin*

Sorry about the rejection. Look at it this way: you're writing and actively trying, and that's awesome. So many authors I know have stories of the many rejections that came before acceptance, so keep trying. :-)

I know you didn't. Viruses do evolve, but germs traveling through the digital space, now there is something left for the sci-fi writers. :)

Yup, I am looking at it at the good side. I have been off the submission rollercoaster for so long and it's just good being on the saddle, despite the outcome. :) Rejections on short stories don't bother me as much as they used to, since it's a matter of finding the exact niche the magazine is portraying and what it wants in the moment. Tricky to be frank. :)

Aw, everybody is just so sweet with the hugs and comfort after the rejection. My heart is melting like chocolate in a July afternoon. Thanks and I am keeping the positive attitude as well. :)
