I just got back from running and working out at the gym. Although, I didn't do any of that over Spring Break so it was hard to get back into it. I took it easy today. I didn't run as fast as I usually do and I didn't overwork myself at the gym. Although, I think I may have messed up my knee playing touch football with my family on Easter. Well

Side note: I just got a little extra money I wasn't expecting, I will start hunting down a Wii. Hopefully, I can get one in the next few weeks and also play Smash Bros. Brawl. ^^
Careful with your knee. Strengthening should help, but you need to do specific knee strengthening exercises, not just running, which could exacerbate (spelling?) it. Also, they did some studies showing that many people run incorrectly, putting too much pressure on their lower legs and knees, which causes long term damage over time.
