sites like sparkpeople.com and calorieking.com are helpful with fitness and health. Sparkpeople let's you set all sorts of goals to work towards. It will also set meal and exercise plans for you based on what you are trying to do. I am using sparkpeople to lose weight and get fit, but it works for all types of things.
