This was just a quick wee story written as a sequel to 'Confessional' after I saw what happened after Jack asked for Chloe's help in Day 6.

( He picked up the ringing cellphone with a smile on his face )

I completely agree. The whole thing about Chloe doing nothing to look for Jack is just completely and utterly ridiculous in my mind, if I were feeling a little optimistic I might say they'd reveal later on that actually she did try to find Jack. But going on the mess they seem to have made of Chloe & Jack this season, I highly doubt it!
