Thanks so much! I'm very glad you think the Oz references worked; I though it was a movie I thought every little girl Raven's age would have seen and think of from time to time, but I wasn't sure it really fit the theme outside my head!

Once upon a time blue was her favorite color, but on the streets it's not a color at all.

Really like that twist on 'blue,' and really like the drabble for the way it paints loneliness and isolation, but then a new kind of homecoming.
