It is my most favorite time of the year! Not the holidays. Bollocks to that. AWARDS SEASON. As we’re easing into December like one easing into a nice warm bath, we won’t take a handful of pills and slit our wrists, non! There is too much to look forward to like the humiliation of those who won’t get nominated for any awards ::eyes Hugh Jackman

A Suspiria remake just annoys me - it is such a film of its time & place. If you want to make a giallo, make a giallo, but leave the 70's classics alone. And hands off "Eyes of Laura Mars" too! These films were fun (if not great writing) because they were of their era and reflect their era.
On a lighter note: Stanley Tucci plays Colvin's boyfriend Tony Shaw and boy, is Tucci charming!!! Wow. Why is not a romantic lead in movies?!
Have you seen him with Meryl Streep in "Julie & Julia"? Wonderful portrayal of the happiest marriage. (I just skip the boring modern plotline & watch Meryl & Stanley.)
Armie & Tim are such fandom-catering trolls! It's endearing. And it was courteous of Taron to take the heat off Armie by making even stupider comments, lol. Just sit down, child.

I have to check that out because I can see Brian May being the hub to which all the other bandmembers are paired with. At least in the film he was so solid and present like a good boyfriend template. I want a Brian/Freddie vs. Brian/Roger fic.

Don't say that too loud, the industry may be listening. They want to remake everything.

Rupert Everett did one in the 90s and it didn't work because I think that type of film really is connected to a certain era. Either rerelease those classics or leave it.

I've not but I have to see it now. He's a charmer.
