Camp & Sontag are a great theme for the gala but I question whether some of the regular attendees will understand the concept...the Comme Des Garcons year was so underwhelming. At least Rihanna and Solange will come through!
I would love if "Can you ever forgive me" launches a Richard E Grant renaissance. I love him so & he doesn't get enough prominent roles.

You're right. That was another year where people read the theme and just gave up all hopes of achieving it. I think/hope the people Alessandro Michele dresses hit the mark. Jeremy Scott/Moschino was also listed as one of the designers who will attend and I am banking on him to come through.

I really hope the studio pushes for him at least for a Golden Globe as they have a comedy category. He was great and he's plugged away for so long that he deserves some love.

It was excruciating. I just don't understand how the director could watch that cut with the studio and not have to discard that. It was often out of place. It was like someone running up behind me and putting a speaker to my ear.
