*Appopros of nothing: I finally got the catch a new “Batman: Brave & The Bold”. I think I’ve only seen one this season. This was titled ( Sidekicks Assemble! )
re AMC: I can't believe Palmer Cortlandt is gone! :(((
re Orpheus: My thoughts exactly. I couldn't help thinking that the names on Val's guitar are also (excepting King Oliver) great musicians who sang with unconventional but evocative voices. Given the yearning nature of the lyrics being sung, Gale's voice was on the gentle folksinger tip, sorta like Donovan.
And now for the Proof....chatchienJanuary 24 2010, 22:20:48 UTC
Because for me it’s what the song means, it’s how the singer pulls me in with the way they sing it and sometimes it is the singer themselves who sells the song because of how they are.

That's what I say! I mean, he could sound like he's been gargling with razorblades but the face gets him points.

All who spoke to his heart on a deep level. Why wouldn't his voice have the same effect on Lady?
I think the critic was off on that point.
