"The Chicago Code" to bite the dust?

I was concerned from the getgo when I found out the brand new show I liked so much was airing on FOX in the States. That network is infamous for cutting shows before they even reach their prime. I'm thinking many of you still feel the sting of "Firefly". : (

I really like this show too! I literally just got into it in the past week and a half and have a feeling it's going to get cancelled just because Fox does good shows like that. It's one of the main reasons why, if not for the show content and interest in that, I would steer clear of everything on the channel. They cancel too many shows I like (Firefly, Sarah Connor, etc.). But... I really like this one and I think it may stand a chance of a second season... but if it gets that lucky... well, it'd really have to pick up something like a rooted fan following ala Chuck-style to keep up. It's a good show, one I am really liking, Fox just isn't doing it justice in advertising and building up a following ( ... )
