Old SHarecon picture

I was going through an old story ideas file and found this picture of the auction table at SHarecon. Don't know what year this was from, but my main reason for taking the picture, if I recall, is the display right below the Starsky and Hutch dolls--if you peer very closely, you can see that the items are not run of the mill for action figures.

OMG, I so need those accessories for my dolls--surprise, surprise! I would love to know who made them.

I have found a website in the US that do clothes for these dolls, but being in the UK I have to place a minimum order of $50 and pay at least $25 postage. That is ridiculous. I don't want that many clothes from their range.

Got my beady eyes on Doyle whilst I am typing this. The Professionals is on TV.

The other SHaron in England made them. She's very crafty, makes something amazing for every SHarecon from S&H watches (I have one with the throwing the badges into the sea on the face of the watch) and quite often doll clothes, such as the knitted cardigan Starsky doll is wearing.

I guess I should be able to make stuff myself. I used to make my own clothes, and make stuff for other people. I can knit and crochet. Haven't done any for years though. I make models for Sam's train layouts. I am crafty, make cards. Maybe I should give it a try. Can't be that difficult to get back into the swing of it. Need to brush up on my macrame as well. Haven't done any knotwork for a few years!

I hope that looking at those it inspires you to write another SH story using everyone of those little pretties!

It certainly inspired me then since I was actively writing the Bound series at the time.
